Staff Member: Father Elias
Having served in the USA, Austria and Norway, Father Elias became the first Headmaster of All Saints Regional Catholic School in 2012 while serving as pastor of the Church of Saint Rocco (2011-2017). He brings to this ministry a strong record of learning, having earned a STL in Dogmatic Theology (Pontifical Gregorian University), a M.Phil. in Religious Education (Norsk Læreakademi), and a MA in Politics (Catholic University of America). He is very interested in the application of the thought of René Girard to education and evangelization. He has published three articles in academic journals on evolution and theology, Rodney Stark's sociology of religion, and the education of Raymund Schwager, SJ, and delivered talks to seminars and conferences and published and occasional writings in Europe. In 2017, he received the Catholic School Executive Leadership Award from Fordham University's Graduate School of Education for “Catholic School Principals Welcoming The Stranger”.
